I'm tipping a maiden to win the first (a maiden at Belmont that is!) no 5 Island Force. Been about the place and last start 2nd behind Danzadash was good enough to win this.

No 2 Startego has a great first-up record and goes very well this track and distance no 1 Danzadash undefeated this campaign also likes the track and distance no 7 Terror Torrian will most likely lead and if the others loaf could pinch it.

And the fuss and hullabaloo continues :rolleyes: He’s been scratched from the Melbourne Cup yet has mysteriously reappeared on WA fixed showing 20/1 and betting is still showing as ‘suspended’ on other fixed markets even though the press reported him as ‘scratched’ last Thursday.

WELL a start HAS NOT been ruled out and trainer Lindsey Smith may start him in the in the McKinnon Stakes next Saturday, and depending how he pulls up may still start in the big one. AND just to add to the intrigue a group of WA owners have nearly finalised a deal to buy managing part-owner Janelle Harvey's share in the horse.

Not saying where but 1001/1 is on offer for Plastered to win the cup.... have taken a little on spec...nothing ventured nothing gained :D
