lady ladette..raced wide throughout..still got home strongly to be runner-up..

never forgotten..held up on straightening and near the 250m was angled outwards across heels and bumped another runner..finished off well..close 3rd..

irish action..raced wide on straightening..lay inwards considerably over the final 200m..rider not able to ride out fully..runner-up in a close finish..

Did it easily to win the Gilgai Stakes on Sunday, RJ! Nice to see another sandgroper putting it to them over east ;)

..assuming black caviar maintains her form this time in..looking forward to her eventual clash with hay list..at this stage my money will be on the latter..

Huge WA debut Master Of Design the other week. Easily beat the very handy Sir Hallowell, clocking 01:09:65 for the 1200m easing down.

miss tipsy topsy..slow into stride..held up for clear running from the 250m until the 100m..steadied over the final stages when improving..got to the line strongly for 3rd..

I see Waratah`s Secret is warm fav Colonel Reeves tomorrow. Some handy types in the race, including Marasco, Ma Ma Machine & our mate King Kool Kat resumes. Some good racing tomorrow at Ascot.

Yeah, Hay List worked a treat at Gosford then went around between races at Rosehill Sat. Worked a treat again but unfortunately jarred up badly due to the hard track. Was due to resume in the Group II Expressway Feb 5 but that might not happen now.
