Now, if this was any other type of competition, I'd just simply give you your $20 back. But this comp is about out-tipping your opponent, and in all fairness, I couldn't credit you with a win today when none of your tips actually won any money.

So, that's why it's important to list a couple of reserve selections if you can. Either that or come on here on Saturday and make the necessary changes. If people don't do that, then I'm afraid I can't give them any points for scratched horses.

No, you wouldn't have won in that case. But I was just explaining why I couldn't give you 20 points for the scratched horse. If I'd done that, it would have meant that you beat Raw Instinct 20-0, and that would have hardly been fair seeing as none of your selections were successful.

And for those same reasons, neither tipster actually gets a competition point if there's a 0-0 draw. Your selections must actually get a return of some sort before you get a point.
