Can't go past DOUBLOON. Looks better than these. Came home strongly from a long way back first-up at Randwick (1200m). Proven second-up (2:1-1-0).

Dead Cat Bounce huge chance in this!! Winner 2 of last 4 both at the Farm. Other 2 battled on well on a heavy over 2020 at Doomben and just warming up closing stages over 1800 at the Farm. Up in distance tomorrow which will suit admirably.

My main two fancies in this are MANEROO LUE and MC LIR. Both are currently being well supported along with Cash Carter who's much better suited to the mile but not without a chance today.

Looking outside those for a bit of value GENERAL BOOTH and DRACAAN are both more than handy 2000 performers on their day!

Expecting the Mark Webb stablemates Reigart and Cruskit to fight this out. Both drawn well Reigart goes well fresh & Cruskit the benefit of one run back. Slight lean towards Reigart. And if you like their other stablemate Prey For Peace chuck her in as well. I like a few others ahead of her but she is on the improve & also has a nice barrier.
