Very even race Moee, shows in your pricing, the #1 & #3 try to get off the track early, the dogs out wide in this might be able to cut across the inside dogs and get the breaks. The #2 generally misses the start but will sit on the rails. To me this race has 3 separate scenarios with 3 different exotic structures.

The 2nd race at Traralgon presents the same dynamics as this race, with the best dog very vulnerable

the #3 wins when it close to the lead, it might be a tight tussle with 2,4 leading then close behind them the 1,5.
the 8 may give them too much start and a packed field in front makes it harder

And it has the inside draw.
You seem to concern yourself too much with times , but you haven't allowed for the acceleration factor.
This animal reaches top speed well before any others in this race , and it owns the corner.
