some IT trivia

What I like about this triva, it's not really trivia, if that makes sense.
The comments of those who do have some power and control of our computers are right at it, abusing, and standing up to the big guys.

"I think somebody inside of Intel needs to really take a long hard look at their CPUs, and actually admit that they have issues."

lmao
Is that personal comment to the "someone", ceo of Intel, or the or the cpu intel makes ?

There's been a big scurry at Intel, after AMD released the Rayzen processor which totally trounced the current Intel Gen processor. Intel has now responded by producing a new generation processor for laptops, which will give a much faster gaming experience.
I currently run an Intel i5 processor and am regretting it, apart from the ridiculous heatsink which attaches with plastic tabs (which often pop off the motherboard or distort) and has done so for the last 20 years, AMD has always been my best choice. They run hotter than Intel, but have much better performance and heatsinks. Just need to have the correct cooling system.

Or is Intel basically saying "we are committed to selling you ********
forever and ever, and never fixing anything"?

It just goes on and on and on

Now I realise the PC I just bought off gumtree with a Intel Core 2 duo sticker on it, had $45.00 in the ad, with win 7 pro freshly installed updated etc etc.
I said "will ya take 35" ? he could not help load it in the car quick enough, complete desktop, cables, everYthing and with usb wifi dongle, copy of win 7 pro cd etc
I thought this guy is nuts !, how does he make a living ?

The seller buys them at auctions and fixes them said he could not sell it for $100.00;
I thought "bargain", now I know why.
Looks fine on the outside, has same as you say, liquid cooling, fans, copper pipes everywhere, geez, looks likes a steam engine inside the box., but it's Intel, hmm,

I have had both, not bought anything new for a few years and i did have a couple pc at one stage one had an i7 920 and the other had a 6 core AMD when they first came out and i must say the i7 was a better system, i always replaced the standard cooler with Notua fans and heat sink, best fans you could get without going down the liquid cooling path.

I do have a dell 2 in 1, not sure of the processor.
