Some excel help please

When I cut and paste the neural scores from the R+S site into excel they come up with a border around them and the formulas I have elsewhere on the sheet that use the neural scores wont work, can someone help me please?

Hi Dr Ron,.....I know for a fact that the R&S site uses extra spacings and things like that, before their numbers, which tosses all your formulas out. Hence your formulas cant and wont read them properly, they'll keep coming up as ERROR.

I know there are excel experts on this forum site, that can get around all this, but to me,,..its just a pain. Other sites copy and paste easy.

Good luck, Paul

Thanks Paul, hopefully someone will save me from having to put all the figures in manually.

I have seen other requests for this, can you post link to the site as i don't use them.

Hi Shaun,

I think this is what Dr Ron is trying to copy and paste.

when you open this page up, you have to select a meeting, for example today, Geelong, then click on that second lil icon on the right that looks like a cog.

Why not just import them all, is this the sort of data you need.

DR RON 25th January 2011 06:13 PM

Thanks ixlat0, but that only comes up with the total score, I actually need each individual score as I convert the scores from each column to try and standardise them and then use a certain percentage of that score depending on the race distance, hope this makes sense. Shaun , if you can tell me how to just get the bottom table i would be grateful.

I will make you up a simple sheet you can use to get the info, will also provide some intructions.

Thanks Shaun
