David Hayes will remove the blinkers from Miss Finland and replace them with w i n k e r s in this Saturday’s AJC Australian Derby as he did when she won the VRC Oaks last year.

The Gai Waterhouse-trained Tuesday Joy to be paid up tomorrow to contest the Australian Derby.

I like Tuesday Joy better in a larger field where she can actually get back and run on. Last week was a joke. Outside barrier shouldnt worry it to much. Cant wait for what looks like a great race this year.

The recent rain at Randwick won't hurt her chances

Don't leave out D.Oliver and Ambitious General.

Don't know if it's quite up to the class, but on it's last run(should have nearly won with clear running)think it should get the trip, and Ollie will (IMO)ride it "cold"and give it every chance to run over the top of them.
Miss Finland is brilliant against her own age and sex,but I have some niggling doubts about her in this, and won't be taking the short odds about her.

I liked the way this Zabeel gelding got to the line in the Guineas..,,Hawkes / Beadman could easily add another one,,..

Great to see two great riders fight out the finish!

Both horses ridden a treat.
Ollie rode mine perfectly,Dazza rode his the same, was just a little bit tougher on the day.
