Listening to a member of the womens basketball this morning, and they are very confident of winning gold at athens, they are ranked no.3 in the world [have been for a while]and only have U.S.A and RUSSIA as their main opposition , so i think the $12 is pretty good value.

How about $1.17 to finish in the top 4? It'll be tough to beat the U.S, but it's hard to see them not finishing in the top 4.

N.Z to finish 5th-8th @ $10 might be worth a token bet, dont know where their ranked, probably around 4th or so, sit back and watch them get rolled ! haha

There's one interesting bet they could think about. Who's going to win more Golds, Michael Phelps or the entire Australian swimming team.

Are you talking about Women's Basketball??? If NZ finish as high as 5th to 8th it would be a pretty big shock.

Sorry sportz i remember now, thinking of the womens netball, their ok,not sure about the womens basketball, got them mixed up, my mistake, wipe that bet, might as well go out in the street and throw the money in the gutter!
