If your in a state of laziness and just want to keep to something simple and easy during the week (not the weekend) then why not try this:

1) Won last start
2) Placed 2nd or 3rd in his/her second last start
3) if more than one option is left choose the lowest on odds.

Today left us with (yes i know some of the races have run already)

So far so good today.

All bets are based on $5 a place.

Ow well the day ended not so well.

All were unplaced except for Rockhampton R7 #2 whcih paid $2 a place.
