I've seen this topic on this forum previously, but no-one has answered the question. Does the Eclipse or Horizon software, put out by National Software Australia Corp. actually work ? Surely, there must be someone out there who has purchased the program, or knows of someone who has. Is it any good? Please let me know.

There seems to be an incorrect perception that all these expensive software programmes are selling like hotcakes.
$10,000 to $20,000 items are not big sellers.
Particularly when you consider the punting market. Most punters don't want to pay for anything. Go to any TAB - there are your typical punters.
Why do you think 1900 tipping services trying to scrounge a few dollars on impulse from punters are offering massive cash back guarantees? Because hardly anyone phones them. If they were inundated with phone calls they wouldn't be doing that.
So there is a very good reason why you don't find heaps of purchasers commenting about the expensive software they have bought. I suspect there are very few buyers out there.

Dear Simric Go to http://www.zip.com.au/~keeva/grq/forum/ & you will find heaps of people who have bought & tried this mob. All have been dissapointed.

I purchased the Eclipse system. So far its been terrible and hasn't done anything near what it said it would. I try to contact the support line and I get a message from telstra saying " The line is unavailable" This has been happening for a couple of days now and I am getting worried. I have written it off totally yet but it is starting to look like I have been ripped off
