The person listed first (kiwi) is allowed to bet between $125 and $250 while the person listed second (william) gets to bet between $100 and $200.

The tipster in each matchup who posts second is only allowed to include one of the horses tipped by the person who posted first.

In the event of a tie, the match will be awarded to the tipster listed 2nd.
