I and a lot of other people took a chance on just the opposite case at Bunbury last week. After having a good jockey the previous 3 rides (including a last start win) Spirited Gem started favorite with an apprentice on it's back in race 7. There was much wailing and gnashing of teeth when he fell off at the 900m mark. Based on that performance you may have a good point there darky. |
