I'm 99% sure it was 'Racing And Sports' which used to have a magnificent database where you could create your own jockey 'systems'. You just put in certain criteria and it would tell you exactly how that jockey would have fared under those particular circumstances. For example, you could find out how well horses ridden by Damien Oliver fared in 1600m races at Caulfield and Flemington when starting from Barrier 1 (VERY well by the way). Unfortunately, that database has gone now, but they still have a small section where you can see which jockeys do best over certain distances and on wet tracks etc. It is nowhere near as good.
