Big congrats to Nathan Walker, first Australian to play in the NHL
And scored on debut for the Washington Capitals
Previously, the first Australian ice hockey player to play for a professional senior team in Europe
Walker has also represented Australia internationally

Big effort the Vegas Golden Knights to become the first team to make the playoffs in their inaugural season in the league since the 1979–80. Currently warm favourites to take the Cup.

They did do well Sandgroper,,but unfortunately beaten in five games by the Washington Capitals
The first Stanley Cup win for that franchise

The regular season is scheduled to begin on October 3 & will end on April 6 2019.
