The amounts were obviously different but over many, many selections when converted back to Profit on T/O, the outcome was almost identical?

Interestingly I have similar findings and bet level staking (as a percentage of highest bank) as I find level stakes is less volatile.

This one is still producing the goods.

I have got to the point of having $100 on each qualifier in the race.

i.e Bendigo R 3

3 Horses

Nett $700

Still bet Fixed Price.

Cheers

Vortech, I think what you'll find is that there are followers of these old systems, and these systems do pop up with a win but obviously are losing systems medium and certainly long term. They've been proven to be useless with the ability to search databases in the last few decades, as one other poster mentioned recently.

What happens is the followers of some of these systems find a winning day, usually within the last week whilst having a coffee and looking at the results. The thing is, they just don't win over any reasonable measurable period.

Snert, you have inadvertently hit upon something there, like I'll say it again : ALL systems work! ........ crackers.... no, they do; but they just don't work "ALL" of the time, the trick is to ride out the times when they "don't" work but make a killing when they "do" work!

Some systems do work all the time. The great profitable punters advertised of late technically used systems to generate a price and then only back when the price was right.

Question

Then you fellows must be using some other method.

But to be fair to you I guess no one is more successful than the originator of ANY plan.

[QUOTE=darkydog2002]Then you fellows must be using some other method.

Do you have any historical results to validate the method?
