Had a late bet on Starzando in r5. considering the odds were way over for this horse [6.90w]. Childs had been on the 1.50SP fav. Straddle for it's last 3 races and jumps off to ride Starzando [?] A good call by Childs.

Oliver [Straddle] sure knows how to bring the price down on anything he rides!

Have Beccaly in the next and hopefully Convention does something in r7..

2nd and 3rd for us, bugga.

A slowly run race that didn't suit for a 4th for my backmarker Beccaly and a 2nd for Conviction.

However, a very nice win for you in the comp. on Celtic Rise [13.60/2.80] in r6 but you never backed it here. You would have to be kicking yourself!

No need for taunts hey crash, hehe. I am a little bit disappinted, but its not a tip that I was at all confident with.

I bet 25 losses.

I am not a big punter and am still fooling around with 100 bucks that Betezy gives you to start up. Been going for about a year with it.

It has been up to over 300 through punting, then down to about 40 courtesy of systems.

Threw out systems out in October and went back to punting and it is on 230 after 5 out of 6 winning saturdays.

Being on 230 means I'll back 9 bucks a pop. 25 losers and I am out backwards. If it gets up to 250, I'll bet 10 bucks but it won't go back to 8 if the bank drops to 200.


That's my staking plan anyway. When it gets to a million bucks I'll get in touch with betezy and have a payday.

It was a bad day for most punters yesterday ..this boy included!

Here is a staking plan I came accross, that some may like to check out furthur.

64 Point Staking Plan
The idea is to have a target say $150 divided by 64.
Stay on this divisor until a winner gets up, say $5.00
We now add 1pt to that dividend $5.00 = 6
Deduct the 6 from the 64 divisor = 58
58 is now ones new divisor, stay on this divisor until the next winner gets up, now do the same proceedure as before.

Once target drops to $75 (half of original target) we are now +$75 in profit.
Start at the beginning with say another $150 target.
This helps prevent the target amount blowing out, trying to win the remaining $75 using lower & lower divisors.

This is probably one of the safer progretional plans out there.
It can withstand 50+ outs & still recover.

Of course it only works if one can hit appon some winners in the process, but it does have the ability to turn a level stake loss, of say -20% into a profit.

Try it out on some past results first.

A selection process that pulls a number of winners , is to target the 1st & 2nd TAB favs 1 min till jump & bet the better last start placing of the 2 horses.
