Following on from Darkydog & Locacas post re books. Undoubtly there are a squillion (probably an exageration!!) of them out there, but is there an opportunity for members in a city or interstate to swap books - just temporarily - and even to have discussion groups??? Iam sure we would all benefit greatly from the interchange and would gain more more PP as I feel I am only using a small percentage of what it has to offer. Anyway I am from Brissie but very interested in comments on this subject.

I have quite an extensive library of punting books and would be interested in swapping.
Do you know if it is legal .... copyright etc. I'm from Sydney (hope it stays sunny for a couple of days up there so we can knock over the kiwis) . If you want to compare titles let me know. |

Hi Squirter,
full marks to the Black Caps showing great fight and heart and that Oram fella looks to have some ability. If only the All Blacks could replicate thier efforts....... TD |

The best book on racing I ever read apart from WINNING MORE (author Don Scott) was
WINNING AT THE RACES COMPUTER DISCOVERIES IN THOROUGHBRED HANDICAPPING (author William Quirin) They are very old BUT as RELEVANT today as they were then. Unfortunately I lost WINNING MORE and if there is a punter out there who wants to part with their copy you,d make an old man happy. Cheers. darky. |

There's no copyright issue involved in two people lending or swapping books.
