Just a suggestion but why not continue with this and tip in every Group 1 race until we get back to where we started from, therefore having an undisputed Group 1 king/queen punter.

Hmmm, not sure how Umrum would feel about that after I've just congratulated him on winning???

What about everyone else? Do you want to continue on in a few weeks time from where we left off and carry this comp right through to the end of the year?

Personally, I think I'd probably prefer to call it quits now, proclaim Umrum the winner and start up another Group 1 comp when the Spring Carnival comes around.

I agree with Testarrosa to continue, or start another Group thread and widen it to Group 1, 2 and 3 until the Group 1 comp starts again in the spring where the original thread began

Start afresh but include all Group Races

Geez, I don't know about that. There's only around 65 Group 1 races a year but there's loads more Group 2 & 3 races!!!

I'd rather just stick to the Group 1s, so I think we might start up a mini Winter version of the Group 1 comp in a few weeks time. Only about 11 or 12 races to consider in SA and Qld, but it still should be a bit of fun.

i managed to have a few bob on cutie and armee on the weekend so am very happy. Bad luck to real deal, probably the most consistent tipper of the comp. Thanks to sportz for his time and effort. In regards to a new comp I think we should stop right now ha ha Just joking I'm happy either way.

Hey Paddy, seeing as how you always post all of the fields, prices and results for all of the Group races, perhaps you could run this comp???

Humbled by your generous offer Sportz, thankz but as you have probably noticed in the past I tend to disappear (go offline) for different periods, so couldn’t be counted on to complete the job
