ELSIE THE EAGLE a very interesting starter. Promising type who won her last start over 1600 as though the 1800 would suit. SER GRILL another that will keep the two topweights honest.

Default Metallurgy

I had a small go on Metallurgy in the seventh at Mt Barker yesterday. I remember watching this horse street them at the same course/distance about a year ago. From memory, Metallugy won the race a year ago in the same fashion.

Watching the video of the race last night, that final turn looks to be a tight one, similar to Mooney Valley. Looks like this may be a 'specialists' track.

Can any of the WA locals confirm my view of the last turn at Mt Barker?

Cheers
