Default last start winners

same distance down in weight first up and class doesnt matter can any one run this and see what sort of profit might or might not be obtained ty.

Fester, just go back thru the old threads and you will probably find the answers there somewhere buried deep among the cobwebs.
For what it's worth I tend to stay away from last start winners. Prices are a bit skinny for me, I like 'em in the 3/1 thru 8/1 range.

With no other qualifiers than last start winner and down in weight, my data base shows:

485 races
17% strike rate
5% LOT

for 2004. That is for Saturday metro in Melb, Syd, Bris, Adel and Perth using NSW TAB prices.

Only losing 5% with so few rules is not bad. Could be worth looking at with a few filters perhaps.

is it possible to do races in time order? stopping at first in profit bet ...i prefer the place my self anything over 2 dollars a place is ok 4 me.

i am computer program iliterate so appologies in advance if the above is a silly ask ty.

No, I can't do it by race time. It'd be easy to test yourself over a few weeks. Do you have a plan for races with more than one qualifying horse?
