O.k Barny got it. I've also heard a rumour that tomato paste goes well handy with spaghetti bolognaise when cooking but maybe it's just that, a rumour.

Well Barny I aim to please and glad to be the recipient of not only your punting wisdom but also your inspirational, uplifting, self improvement type gems of posts, especially as your old friend (who shall not be named), seems to have renounced the negative cynicism of the punting types on this forum and booked a place to an upcoming lecture by the Dalai Lama paid for with the winnings derived from your numerous punting tips, hints and educational posts.

In reference to your earlier comment re the 'caper and his underrated contribution I agree though no doubt it's hardly a revelation to most of our learned friends here.

I for one though find myself becoming a better, if not richer person for your posts.
