Smile Staking Help

Hi all,
I have just joined the forum and think it is great.
I have 2 questions to ask if i may,

1. I have been testing a tipping strategy and after 3 months i have found that the place strike rate i think is working well at level stakes. Should i stick to level stakes betting or is there another staking plan which would give me better profits?

Could anyone tell me if the ************** racing software ( $100 a day) is worth getting and would provide enough of a profit to warrant buying it?

Regards,

Viper

Be careful of the ************** $100 a day plan. It is a loss chaser based on something as simple as dutching all horses from second favourite out until you can no longer achieve a 100% profit if one of them wins.

Each target is $10 so 10 completions are required per day to get your $100. You don't have to be Einstein to work out that 4 or 5 favourites or a mix of favourites and roughies in succession can lead to big outlays just to get the $10 ahead.

As for staking on placegetters, I think parlaying or rolling all-ups are a good way to accelerate profits if the strike rate is high and there is a flat stakes profit. If you are reasonable with excel you can write your own program - don't pay someone hundreds and hundreds to do it for you.

Try this on some past results.

CRUSHER STAKING PLAN
Bank needed $450
Start betting $1 per race until a place getter gets up , then increase bet to $2.00 if in profit start at $1.00 again.
If not in profit after the place getter gets up , increase to $3.00.

What one is doing ,is only increasing the bet after a place getter gets up e.g.
1,1,1,1,1,1P,2,2,2,2P,3P,4P,5P if in profit start again at the begining.

It should work a treat.

Cheers.

Default Lord Viper.

No software is required for the $100 a day Plan - just a $3 pocket calculator.

Cheers.
Darky.

Love the forum guys, have been watching, listening and learning but thought I'd throw my tuppence worth in on this post.

I don't know about you guys but I'll only have maybe one bet a day that I'm keen on and regardless of whether or not that wins, I always increase my stake the next day by 10% and continue on till I reach a specified target. For instance, back a horse for say, $20 @ 2.00 win = winnings = $20, next day bet is $22 and $18 in reserve or profit whichever way you choose. Works for me.

Hi Lord Viper,
I hope you are not of the Dark Force, as of Lord Vader fame.

Just post some figures on the forum here & I will respond accordingly , maybe it could be of some interest to others aswell.

CRUSHER STAKING PLAN
Results e.g. LLL, P1.60,LL ,P1.20, P1.40, P1.20 ,P1.90 ect.
Bet-Div
1
1
1
1 P1.60
2
2
2 P1.20
3 P1.40
4 P1.60
5 P1.20
6 P1.90 ------------ Now in profit of +4.20 = +15% POT. Re-start.
1 ect.

Summary of CRUSHER
O/L 28.00
Ret 32.20
Prof +4.20 = +15% POT (profit on turnover)
6 from 11 = 55% SR
Av Div $1.53

As opposed to...
Level stakes (same amount on each)
O/L 11.00
Ret 8.90
Loss -2.10 = -18% LOT (loss on turnover)

Certain experts claim this cant be done & that one must loose , you be the judge.
It should work if one can pick place getters that are not all paying $1.20

Test it over some past results of at least 2 sets of 150 bets so as to give it some real potential meaning & see if the wheels fall off.

Dont forget the starting bank of $450 , this gives one confidence to go forward boldly..
Remember No Bank = No Chance
And plenty of frightened money.

Let us know how you get on, that's the idea of the Forum.

Cheers.

LV

here is one i use, needs a good bank.

First bet, 1 unit, if that looses,
next bet 3 units, if that looses,
next bet 9 units, if that looses, you cant be selecting them right.

I use it with the dogs, as this is what happens.

Any ****** can win.
Divis are all over the place, ie last night i got three place divies over 3.
If you loose your initial 12 units, just restart at the 1 unit again, it doesnt take long to get it back.

With the gallops, if you can select the "value" runner around div pl of 2, then away you go.

Bhagwans "crusher" is a top plan, i use it all the time, but i also use it on the trots for win betting the fav, as they often come in, the divs are roughly 1.8-2.5 so it works a treat.
Thing to remember i have found with this one is make sure you dont run out of races to bet on, ie you might have five outs in a row with a card of eight races, then only three races to collect on.

Cheers Ding

ouch! if you look at those results it makes you wonder why you put yourself through that many races for that much profit.
trouble is how many races is too many.
we have so much to bet on in one day it makes this game even more difficult
ya just gotta keep pluggin along!!!
