Here`s another fine plan from The House Of Crap that produced a number of good priced winners over the test period, produces approx 55-60 selections a month 6 days a week.
Strike rate 28%
POT 205%

1) Must have run 5th or worse last start in last 7 DAYS or less,

2)Must of run 1st. or 2nd. at second last start

3)TAB No. 1-8

4)Distance change from last start must be between -350 & +150 metres

5)If 1 or more selections , back them all.

That`s it .
