Well how about that! Richmond win their 2nd match of the season. Very interesting if Melbourne were to lose this weekend.

Certainly no wooden spoon for the bunnies this year! And still in finals contention after beating Manly earlier this week.

in the AFL the Lions are not playing inspiring football and finding it hard to win..They are 16 points (4 wins ahead of Richmond)They..Richmond are playing decent football but are just losing
So the Question is..is it possible richmond can win 5 0r 6 games in the second half of the season..is it possible that the Lions will lose their remaining games
Richmond are currently $1.10 and lions $14
Nrl betting for spoon is unknown (suspended) but you'd think souths would have shortened up to about $4 maybe just behind the dragons

Any comments?

Cheers

dont you love it when your judgement is wrong
instead of both teams getting the wooden spoon ..they'll probably now win both premierships ..Who would have thought

Interestingly the Panthers last held the wooden spoon back in 2001.
Two years later they were both Minor Premiers & Premiers!

Interesting observation Chiquita, might back them to make final 8 in 2008 [assuming an upward trend]
