Do you think that the quality of these Escapees from the Knackery running around on Saturday Metropolitan Races is due to the plethora of Night Meetings.?

Certainly there is a greater and ever increasing number of races to facilitate TAB turnover. At the same time the pool of horses is also increasing somewhat but given the greater choices, trainer can now place their horses in more suited opportunities then in the old days where Wednesday and Saturday is all there was. So now the pool of better horses is more spread and when an opportunity of good paying races appear in night meetings trainers will certainly take them.
