I think that's what it was called. A target betting approach devised by Warren Block way back in the eagle form days for backing two horses in one race. I have lost my copy and remember thinking it was a good, conservative plan. If anyone remembered the details I would be most appreciative.

You are right darkydog. I finally found and contacted the writer of this plan and they told me that although it was a very good plan, a few little glitches showed up over time which they have remedied with the power of ten thing.
I should ************well hope they fixed it, my thing was an unsolicited, gratis attachment to some separate communique, and this power of ten thing is nearly 500 bucks!!
