Hi Trench,

In the few days I`ve had to run some of my systems through the PR$ programme, I`ve found that the new programme improves some of my historic strike rates while some would be far worse. About half of my systems are now PR$ and the other half BR$. Although a tad confusing, I prefer to look at it as greater choice. But it takes twice as long to experiment with any new theory!

Perhaps the only drawback is still the lack of price data with both BR$ and PR$. If a horse is rated out of 100 or by weight, it is still not as good as seeing it in dollars or odds.

Now if we could only run live data through it....

Hi all,
The upgrade from PP Pro Gold v2 was released a few days ago but the upgrade from Gold v2 with System Analyser and Extra Form add-ons won't be released until later this coming week as I am still adding some final touches to System Analyser.

The additions will allow you wo anaylse Plus Ratings and Better Ratings rankings.

Regards, Neale

Both Bet Selector Gold versions have now been released - the one with System Analyser and Extra Form add-ons being released on Monday 29.11.04.

A few emails have bounced back to me so if you think you should have got notification but didn't, please email me at neale@capitalinfo.com.au

Red face Hydrogen

The Better Ratings are excellent on Dead tracks and the Plus ones are better on Good tracks according to my data.

But overall in terms of profit, the Better Ratings are in fact the best.

I feel that the most successful approach is to use all of them: Better, Plus and CIS. but using the Better Ratings as the main criterion, and noticing the spread of data with the other ratings.

Thumbs up Sydney Results

Venue: SYDNEY - Saturday Data from 6/01/01 - 20/11/04.
Bets: 1633 - NO FILTERS - ALL TRACK TYPES.

PP: S/R 23.2 LOT -$107.30 - 6.6% Av Div $4.03
PR: S/R 23.9 LOT -$192.20 -11.8% Av Div $3.69
BR: S/R 22.9 POT +$89.30 +5.5% Av Div $4.60

BR$1 PR$1 PP 1 - 1
608 BETS - NO FILTERS - ALL TRACK TYPES.
S/R 31.3 LOT -$1.50 -0.2% - Av Div $3.19.

Very Impressive - each of the ratings gives a very good strike rate.
And obviously when all used together, you would expect the higher strike rate with the lower div which is shown above.
