Hi Darky,
I'll have to disagree on that one. I'd rather pay for a good form service [some supply good ratings for those who want them] as would any 'professional' and any half decent punter doesn't need someone to tell them what price 'value' is. Although the words 'assessed prices' sounds almost official, they are nothing more than someone best guess and that's a bit like someone else's 'best tip'. I'd rather follow my own. Crash, I know what you are saying there, back in the UK I knew instantly if a horse was at overs, thinking back though as well as a lot of other parameters I probably looked at assessed prices as well so when I saw that expected 6-4 chance being offered at 2-1 I was interested.I find that MUCH more difficult here in OZ but I guess that's not being a local ey? (I've only been settled here for 20 years hahah!)
So although what Darky says it not the answer to everything I don't think you could do much harm,....... Darky have you tried the method with DOUBLE overlays??? |

PARTY POOPER
Yes.A couple of years ago I bet exclusively on Double the asessed priced horses.
These days I bet all of them and with the rating service I use, most days have a number of them anyway. I still bet them at the Asessed prices no matter what better prices are on offer. That works best for me. Cheers. Darky. |
