As it happens jose I seem to recall something about the Z man being briefed on the issue sometime ago, but guess the pokies are a much bigger social issue.

Peter Fiztsimons also took the issue up for a while but don't think it came to anything.

A problem for most journo's & media types is the amount of advertising revenue the corp's put through the organisations they work for would make it nigh on impossible to get anything published or aired.

& I see today that the Lib's reckon they will ban in game advertising of bookies odd's - good, it should never have been allowed.

Of course winning punters being banned/restricted by online bookies is relevant for punters. As long as folks don't make defamatory posts and post hearsay there should be no issues.

As an example, imagine a bookie called Bookie A.

Now someone posts: "Bookie A ripped me off. They banned me when I started winning. They're no better than criminals."

If we start getting TOUs about posts like that then some folks may be given suspensions and the thread closed.

Well,
my only question is now "trainer ratings".
Does this affect the "Sum Total" of a "ratings system" if one uses a trainer's current win/loss rate?

This is by no means to discredit anyone's personal credibility, it's to question the person's ability as a trainer, doing their job.
