Default Weight

How do I work out if a horse is well weighted? I have been reading Don Scott's book The Winning Way which has paid for itself many times over.

I suggest you read Barry Blakemore's "Weights Right".

A brilliant read with great insights into horses weights etc. As well as this he has also got "The Secrets of Class and Other Key Factors" which is a good read as well. His last book is called "Fitness is the Key"

I'd recommend all of these books to anyone who wants a punting edge
