Here's something I've been working on, the higher the rating, the better the bet. Ratings go from 1 to 5, so I'll put the ratings as stars for simplicity. There may be better value in the lower rated horses, I don't know just yet. :

Yes, but what I cannot work out, is why the two star and three stars are doing so poorly. It isn't at all logical, but it is a very small sample.
