I put my bet on as late as possible as usual and the second after I put it on it went to $2.6,
can't win 'em all.
Doesn't sound much but get 1/10 of a point more on every winning bet over a year would turn into a lot of $$$$.

Cheers CP

I had 2 win bets today and one of them was in Taree R5/6 [I lost]. Am I missing something Kenchar [?], The order was 7,6,1 The winner was a smokey Joe - Joe's Memory $25+win. My other bet at Geelong R6/7 Star Lord, won at $6 so a good day too.

After my disgraceful posts [other side] after a few grogs last night, I'm not certain of anything today. My head is just spinning, spinning....spinnnning !!!

Today is Sunday, right?

Crash,

I would suggest you change your brand of grog.
May I suggest Richmond Grove chardonny a lovely drop very smooth and thick and not real expensive at around $14 a bottle depending where you purchase ( I get a good deal as I buy it by the case ).

All the best

Kenchar, sounds like agood drop, though I tend to look around for the highest alcohol content for the best dollar. Not sure that booze and horses go together all that well though. Last Friday night (early Sat morning) in a stupour, actually deposited twice from my credit card and put the bets on TWICE! I had no idea til Saturday night when I checked my account, fortunately I had made a profit, so was all smiles!

Hey PP,

Long time no hear, you're a naughty boy you should know better, grog and the punt don't mix.
As well known I enjoy a wee drop BUT never ever until everything I do on the punt for the day is finished.
On another note I just recieved 5 capiz xmas lanterns from the Phils and put them up outside, and from the comments I am getting from people and asking where to buy them I just might consider importing a container load next year, could be a good quid in it.

Keep well.

I'm strictly a spirits man and very politically incorrect. I'm allergic to that ****** sulphur in wine. Why can't they expend the bucks for filtration systems that make that crap unnecessary? It'll kill you in the long run.

C'mon Crash,

I smoke like a chimney, drink like a fish, and all my life I have been a fresh fruit and vege man, which should protect me ( according to the experts ) from what I have just been diagnosed with, prostate cancer.
All the other things I should have wrong with me because of my habits are not there.
I really think it's pot luck you either get something or you don't, regardless of what your habits are.

Couldn't agree more Kenchar.
Sorry to hear about your prostate stuff, a good mate of mine had the same thing.
He went to WA (Peth I think) to see a bloke about it (Couldn't tell you his name) and the bloke told him that if he had got there a bit sooner he may have been able to help him with it.
If you like I could contact his wife and get the details for you.
