Well, the Group A Selections did okay, and the Multiple selections and Unitab System B both did very well. I've decided I won't be posting Group B Selections any more because they're not proving successful at all. If I'm not confident enough to make 'A' selections then I'll simply leave the race alone.

Well, it's a bit hard to explain without giving away all the rules which I don't want to do just at this stage. Suffice to say that if selected by A and B, then they are in great recent form and are well fancied for today's race. Not sure yet if they have a better chance of success if picked by both systems, because I've only just recently started using System B.

Which one was that? You'd better remind me. Then again, maybe you shouldn't. Might bring back painful memories.

Remember, the Unitab systems are purely experimental. If they don't work out, I'll stop posting them. Certainly Lochrene would have been a very handy winner for System A yesterday. I'd advise against betting much on the system C selections. That's a longshot system and a long run of outs would not be unexpected. When it does find a winner there's a good chance it'll be big odds though.

Great picks so far today (tonight), Sportz. Keep it up. I believe every single A or B pick at my tracks had a horse on the board, and a cold exacta or so.

Thanks.

Glenn

Glenn,Ist Question are you american and secondly in baseball does each team play each other on three consecutive days, and if so how come the results and dividends vary so much.
I backed philadelphia over montreal They won 17-7,second day lost 6-3,third day won 10-5
how do you get a formline.
cheers

Yes, Glenn is American, but can I answer too?

Rabbitz, they do tend to play the same team 3 or 4 days in a row. As for the different results, a large part of that comes down to who's pitching. Each team has quite a few pitchers in their squad and they don't play 2 days running. Some pitchers are vastly superior to others, but all of the pitchers in the team get a run at some stage or other. So one day, a team might be using their number 1 pitcher who's one of the best in the competition and has a high winning strike rate. The next day, they might give one of their inexperienced rookie pitchers a go and he won't be able to perform at the same level.

Take a look at the stats on this page. If you go down to the 'Wins' and 'ERA' sections that will tell you who the best pitchers are.
http://www.sportsline.com/mlb/stats

Now you can look at the team schedules to find out which pitchers are playing and what their Win/Loss ratio and ERA is like:
http://www.sportsline.com/mlb/schedules

When I bet on the MLB, I usually stick to the strong teams playing at home and using one of the comp's leading pitchers. As you'd expect, the odds aren't always flash, but the strike rate is pretty good.

Anyway, I hope all that helps!
