Cheers

And $2.60 is even shorter, yet I think after today, you won't even get that.
We will all say after the event that we knew he would win,but I wonder who will actually take the odds-on?
Looks like we will be looking for someone to run a place.
For all you Crow fans, beware one Simon Goodwin.
But don't forget the Eagles could easily win the Quinella with Dean Cox!

Hows about St Kilda's Luke Ball as an each-way roughie?

Seems as if i hear and see more of him of recent, which may or may not be an indication of notice being garnered by umpires for on field performance.

What you are seein' an' hearin' is one courageous sonofabitch!
Dunno if that qualifies for a Brownlow, but he sure is great to watch.

That he is and i am no Saints fan.

Just seems that he is receiving a little more attention from the media - granted not much of a measuring stick but then again the umpires must read the paper, watch the TV etc. And with the poor fella running around with all those bandages wrapped around his scone he must attract some added attention.

Had the impression the Brownlow votes were cast soon after the game.

Anyway.$1.80 Cousins is too short for me.
Won't even get that next week.
Looks like the $2.25 Pavlich for a place is just as safe a bet!

Cousins now $1.65, $1.55 on centre - ridiculous.

Betfair have him $1.75 nearly as bad! Can lay cousins $2.20 i think it was. Me thinks that could be the one - although judging by the way they run the games you just never know with these crazy umpires. Not a big cousins fan - me.

Havin a look at Lenny Hayes at around $10.00 third or fourth favourite depending. Just going on a point made by rabbitz earlier re: tackles. Scott West is also around the mark given the resurgency of the B'Dogs this year.

Any takers?

If you don't like Cousins, might be best to look at someone to finish in the top 3 or top 5 or get the most votes for each club etc etc. If Cousins gets even shorter, I wouldn't be surprised if some bookie operates a market with him taken out of the field.

Lenny Hayes had huge stats last year.
Hardly rated in the Brownlow.Suggest you go elsewhere.
And the Bulldogs have not won enough games,(YET),for Westy to get on the podium.

Big stats for West at weekend, didn't watch the game though. Anyone see it?

My problem with Cousins is that he has to compete with Kerr, Judd and Fletcher for votes in the midfield alone - tough - even with Judd ineligible, won't stop him getting votes.

Goodwin could very well be an outside e/w chance @ $26 Betfair. Impressive performances this year for successful Crows - BOG against Demons.

I suggest that Scott West won't poll a vote for that game.
Write it down in your diary and come and abuse me if he does.

If Cousins gets a single vote for every round, that will be 22 points.Probably enough to bring home the bacon!
