Default Who would have had a saver?

Heres the scenario
A friend of mine backed france at $26 to win world cup($50) on it($1300)
Who would have thrown a saver say $1000 to $1650 on Italy ensuring a minimum profit of $250 0r $600,rather than a loss of $50
I would take the saver
Cheers

i would take the saver as well.......

do you think zidane's feeling a bit of regret now? "It took him 15 years to build his reputation.....and 15 seconds to ruin it......Zinidene Zidane retires in disgrace"

it was fairly appaulling.....similar to when Corne Krige for the stormers headbutted a player in his last year and missed his last 3 matches with suspension

ABSOLUTELY. Although he didn't really have to bet quite that much if he was still confident France were going to win the final. I ALWAYS take savers, and that's what I did here too, but certainly not the same $ amounts as in the example of your friend. As far as I'm concerned, it's the only way to go, especially in a game like Soccer which is so low scoring and anything can happen. If you ask me, it's a real waste to back a team at $26 and then they get to the final and you don't win a cent.

I wouldve been hedging from the round of 8 onwards at those odds.

apparently materazzi was being racist and mentioned his mother and sister somewhere in there aswell

i say good on him, i hope he broke something with that headbutt, cant stand materazzi

and also there are rumours that neither the ref nor the linesman saw the headbutt happen but saw the reply on the big screen at the stadium and ppl are saying that they cant award cards or fouls from replys on the screen
