I found on the AFL website(www.afl.com.au) a ladder predictor
It gives you all the games for the remaining rounds,you pick the winner and a margin,12,30,60 points and it changes the ladder accordingly.
I had a go and came up with the following for after rd 22

1.West Coast 127.0% -72
2.Brisbane 125.5%-60
3.Geelong 111.4%-60
4.Kangaroos 106.4%-60
5.Adelaide 116.8%-56
6.Sydney 106.2%-56
7.Melbourne 105.0%-48
8.Richmond 99.6%-48

West coast
Kangaroos SUBIACO

I then have Kangaroos playing Adelaide second week,Richmond out and
Sydney v Geelong,Melbourne out
Semi finals are then West coast v Sydney(Subiaco) and Brisbane v Kangaroos(Gabba),adelaide and geelong out.
Grandfinal Brisbane v westcoast
Now this is my opinion only,so don't get too caught up,but those with time could have a go and see what they come up with
