In Cycling, Triathlon, Rowing, Kayaking and Equestrian, Goldmember.

Sarah Ulmer will be favourite to win Gold in the individual pursuit in Women's cycling. Also, Bevan Docherty is a top chance for the Men's triathlon as are the Evers-Swindell twins in the Double sculls in the Rowing. Ben Fouhy also has a shot at a possible two gold medals in the Kayaking. And NZ is also likely to be Australia's biggest threat as we try to win the Eventing gold medal for the 4th Olympics in a row.

So they do have a few good chances. i may possibly have missed someone else too.

Well, at first glance, $2.30 doesn't sound too bad for over, but usually the bookies seem to be pretty close to the mark with these things. If the bet was under or over 2.5 golds, I'd say go with over, but at 3.5, I'm not so sure.

Sports,
Predictions for NZ chances of gold suggest that they have 3 excellent chances of achieving the ultimate in rowing (womens pairs are favourites) canoe (single sculls) and Sarah Ulmer (world champion) NZs top cycliste...usually do well in yachting and have some chance in triathlons and other canoe and rowing events I think...but who knows?

The best value is for the American Men's basketball team to get rolled. They are odds on and have been in terrible form in the lead up comps. I think they finished 5th or 6th recently. They are no longer the Dream Team with the best NBA players not going to Greece and are a great lay
